Benefits

Detoxification

Full-spectrum infrared penetrates 3–4cm into tissue, mobilising heavy metals and environmental toxins through deep perspiration.

Cardiovascular Conditioning

Core body temperature elevation increases heart rate to 100–150 bpm, replicating the cardiovascular benefits of moderate exercise.

Pain Relief

Near-infrared wavelengths reduce joint inflammation and muscle soreness by increasing blood flow and reducing oxidative stress.

Skin Health

Increased collagen production and improved circulation deliver nutrients to the skin, improving tone, elasticity, and clarity.

Infrared vs Traditional Sauna

Lower temperature, deeper penetration

Traditional saunas heat the air to 80–100°C. Infrared operates at 45–60°C but the wavelengths penetrate 3–4cm into tissue, heating you directly rather than the air around you.

More comfortable, longer sessions

The lower ambient temperature makes sessions more tolerable, allowing you to stay longer and maximise the therapeutic dose.

Clinically studied outcomes

Infrared sauna use has been studied for cardiovascular health, chronic pain management, skin conditions, and heavy metal detoxification.
