1. About Us

R1SE Brook Place Limited (“R1SE”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates fitness studios and an urban spa at 112 Napier Street, Sheffield, S11 8DL (Brook Place) and 8 Shepherd Street, Sheffield, S3 7BA (Kelham). These terms govern your use of our website, classes, memberships, and spa services.

2. Membership & Credits

• Memberships are subject to a minimum term as specified at the time of purchase. After the minimum term, memberships continue on a rolling monthly basis and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
• Credits are allocated per billing cycle and do not roll over unless stated in your specific membership plan.
• Membership fees are collected by direct debit. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available.
• R1SE reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with 30 days' notice.

3. Class Bookings & Cancellations

• Classes must be booked in advance via our app or website.
• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the class start time to avoid losing credits.
• No-shows will forfeit the credits used to book the class.
• R1SE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low attendance, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Spa & Therapy Sessions

• Spa sessions (Fire & Ice, sauna, ice baths) and therapy sessions (red light, PEMF, compression) are booked separately and subject to availability.
• The same cancellation policy applies: cancel at least 4 hours before your session time.
• Certain therapies may not be suitable for all individuals. Please consult your GP if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or have recently undergone surgery.

5. Health & Safety

• You participate in all classes and spa sessions at your own risk. By booking, you confirm that you are physically capable of participating.
• You must inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class.
• R1SE is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in classes or use of spa facilities, except where caused by our negligence.
• Under-18s may attend specific classes only with parental consent and where permitted.

6. Introductory Offers

• Introductory offers are available to new customers only and are limited to one per person.
• Intro offer credits must be used within the specified validity period.
• R1SE reserves the right to withdraw or modify introductory offers at any time.

7. Code of Conduct

• Respect fellow members, instructors, and staff at all times.
• Arrive at least 5 minutes before your class. Late arrivals may be refused entry.
• Photography and recording are not permitted in studios or spa areas without permission.
• R1SE reserves the right to terminate membership of anyone whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and class recordings (R1SE TV), is the property of R1SE Brook Place Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Website & Online Services

• We make every effort to ensure our website is available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Online class bookings, on-demand video streaming (R1SE TV), and member dashboard services are provided as part of your membership where applicable.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any online service with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, R1SE Brook Place Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, website, or facilities.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
